Hospitality, food, dormitory are good in all respect it is a good hotel value for the money. It is in a prime location best suitable for transportation to visit nearby historical places. Staff also well supportive.

Facilities substandard. Old stained towel. No tea or coffee in the room. No complementary water bottles supplied.

Customer service very poor. Had to make numerous calls before request was met. Very poor communication skills. Even the manager didn't want listen to request. Eating area very filthy and oily table surface.

The very first time I entered the hotel, I thought it is an old one. But the longer I stay, I find it comforting. It has a homey feel to it but could be improved. Staff are very polite, helpful and accommodating. Though not all can speak English fluently, they are trying the best to help the guest. Food has a limited selection. Western food is not available for the entire week of my stay. I understand that not many foreigners are staying in the hotel but I hope they could consider providing other foods next time. Internet connection is quite fast. However, each gadget requires a different set of username and password which at times inconvenient. Shower is not working.
